  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact Us: Email us at reachus@jncchpes.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color.

  2. Receive Exchange Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and exchange instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the EAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the exchange instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  4. Inspection and Exchange: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange conditions. If approved, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at reachus@jncchpes.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. If the item is deemed defective or damaged due to our error, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. International Returns
